His expertise, creativity, and promptness keep us happy customers. 90% of our customers come see us because of how well our google ad words campaign is managed. If you are someone who supports Kaepernick

If you are someone who supports Kaepernick kneeling during the National Anthem, I have a message for you: It is YOUR responsibility to meet your audience where they are at. Your audience is not captive. Your audience can abandon your efforts to persuade them. It is our burden to have infinite patience when others can’t. Your audience believes what they believe because they either have: an inadequate understanding of systems or an inadequate understanding of self-serving bias Any meme, or post, or comment you make that is not empathetically communicating the ideas of systematic oppression, or empathetically communicating the idea of self-serving bias is not helping. It’s hurting. Empathetic communication means we do not hurt our audience’s ego. We introduce ideas as if they were always part of that person’s identity–not ones that conflict them. We do not ask our audience to ‘reconsider’, we ask them to ‘consider new evidence’. Your audience is not captive. If you push them away, they will be further into their own echo chamber. That is a BAD system. Your audience is not the enemy. It is not ‘us’ versus ‘them’. We are not doing it that way anymore. Everybody wants to live in a world where people are treated fairly. Everybody supports and respects the sacrifices of our troops. Everybody thinks we could be doing better. Everybody. That is *all* you need as a common premise to start from. Systematic oppression. Self-serving bias. It’s ‘us’ vs bad systems. Get the word out.
